Left Me For Dead - Rob Dougan
JUNGLE A drama based on a book by Yuri Ghinsberg. This is a true story. Daniel Radcliffe, Alex Russell, Thomas Kretschmann, Joel Jackson, Yasmin Kassim. A group of backpackers are in South America. They meet a guide that can lead them to a native tribe within the jungle. You do have suspicions about some individuals. The females are hot. It is a fight for survival. Worth looking at the background once you have seen this film. See the ads for similar titles. I wonder what the people involved think of the film. Great acting. Superb cinematography. Cert 15. Signature Ent 2017. Worth taking a look. Wasn't sure what to expect. Good music. Special effects. Plenty of action.
Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle starring Karen Gillan, Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart. A remake of the classic which starred Robin Williams. Cert 12. SciFi fantasy comedy. A few special features are included. Four teens have discovered an old school videogames console. They are transported into the game. The avatars are played by the adult cast. See how they have updated it for the millennial generation. Pays homage to the original. The blonde Bethany is nice. Karen looks hot as always. Nick Jonas plays one of the teens. See the trivia at IMDb. They are in detention. Great acting all round. Teens and adults playing the same characters. It makes it interesting. Humorous dialogue. Matrix Trilogy DVD: I purchased this from CEX. There is a Disc One Matrix Reloaded in the case and I am not sure if it belongs with the individual case. I played the two different video games. Revisiting a classic. The Matrix. Thomas Anderson is a computer programmer. Does some work on the side as Neo. He is contacted by Morpheus and Trinity. The Matrix is this virtual world. The team believe him to be The One. Agent Smith played superbly by Hugo Weaving is after the resistance. I was pretty tired from working the morning shift and so kept nodding off. Clubbed To Death played during the training scene. Wake Up and Rock Is Dead are the end credit songs. Carrie Anne Moss was in Humans. She has a website about empowerment. Transgender themes I watched Matrix Reloaded. Neo and the team are continuing their mission. The machines are attacking Zion. You get to see the city. Laurence and Henry would star together in Man Of Steel. There was a reference to Superman in this film. Agent Smith has returned. Tory Mussett and Monica Bellucci are in the restaurant scene. The Frenchman could be a Bond villain. There is the Key Maker that the team must rescue. Jada Pinket Smith also stars. I recommend the two videogames. Allegory Of The Cave
I did dream that I was working in catering and hospitality again. There were two weddings taking place side by side. The food was being bought out at a quick pace. I did go up the wrong way, my trousers were giving me issues. You see back of house and the kitchen porter, a mature woman with glasses is busy. The manager is a young man.
