I have just watched Annabelle Creation. An origin story/prequel. There is a toy maker and his wife and child living at a country house. The Annabelle doll was made there. Tragedy strikes. Many years later a nun and some orphans come to stay with the Mullins. It is a long film with plenty of scares. All part of The Conjuring universe. The nun, Sister Charlotte is hot. As is Carol. The actress that plays her resembles Aidra Fox. She was in Shazam. Good cast of actors. You might have seen Pet Sematary. Good special effects and soundtrack. I like how this connects to the original.
Annabelle Comes Home is a sequel. A horror film. End and Lorraine Warren have just collected the Annabelle doll. They are later sent on another mission. Their daughter Judy is being looked after the hot babysitter Mary. Bob the guy she likes is cute. Daniella is curious about what goes on in that household. It is a battle royale of ghosts, demons and humans. Good acting, special effects and soundtrack. Plenty of scares. I have watched most of the Blumhouse films. With it being Halloween please check out the horror movies advertised on my blog.
