No subtitles for the language that they spoke. 5000 years later and some revolutionaries are looking for a lost crown. Intergang are a villainous organisation. Currently appearing in Superman And Lois. They are running things. I knew that there would be a suspicious character. Adam has been awakened. The villains want the crown. Meanwhile the Justice Society are coming over from America to stop Black Adam. Amanda Waller has given them the mission. There are those Easter eggs. I wasn't bothered about any love story. Shazam Fury Of The Gods will be out soon.

The Flash season nine. This is the final season from the CW. It has been one hell of a run. Some old cast members are making an appearance. You have Captain Boomerang trying to steal a component from a particle accelerator. The Flash is there to try and intercept him. Meanwhile Iris is going back into work and a lot has changed. There is a business proposition. Barry and Iris get stuck in a time loop. I did want to see what happened to Caitlin. I do not care for Chester and Allegra's love story. Cecile has new powers and she is with Joe practicing. I am hoping that they bring the series full circle regarding how the show began in season one. Effects are better. Great actors. Good action. I was at the cash machine near Tesco and felt something wet sprayed onto my hand. Like I had been spat on. A smartly dressed guy had gone by and someone else. Looked up to see if water came from the top. A woman waiting to use the machine was quite near. 

Not only did I not get the £10 big value bundle it gave me the £5 one. I had to use data as there is no WiFi at the gym right now. I find that the toilet is left in a state. Someone had shit on the bowl but not used the brush and the other one has blood stains on it and they didn't clean up after themselves. Soap is running low. In the other toilet the dispenser has hand sanitiser. No cleaner about. PureGym members being lazy as weights are scattered. What must you be like at home?

I didn't go to the gym today. I woke up at various times. Felt drowsy. Used poppers a day before work. Not smart. 

In the gym and there is one guy with his friend and he is shouting and making noises. I can hear him from the other room. Then there is the other chap on his phone talking loudly. Has a northern accent. 

I am back at the gym. Finding that some cunt has pissed on the toilet seat. Didn't clean up after himself. The blonde lady had left her stuff on the power plate. Her partner was kind enough to move the items. Clearly not using the equipment. I seem to struggle with the bench press. Going over these tips offered on YouTube. The bar path nonsense. I had been doing other variations before. 

I had a month's subscription on Vectreezy. Too much memory used with the files. I was to use the library pc or even could have used the home one to make a video.


For some reason I couldn't find one of my songs. I downloaded it from an email attachment but it should be on Google drive. Not on Amazon either.

Regarding season 9 of The Flash. They really pulled out all the stops for this episode. Maybe because they were putting in the work for the final few episodes why the earlier episodes weren't great. I did hope they would keep Thawne for the remaining episodes and maybe not have that fateful night until the finale. But it seems that is all we get of Matt. Now it's about Cobalt Blue. Great acting from all the cast.
