I didn't go to the gym today. I woke up at various times. Felt drowsy. Used poppers a day before work. Not smart.

Regarding season 9 of The Flash. They really pulled out all the stops for this episode. Maybe because they were putting in the work for the final few episodes why the earlier episodes weren't great. I did hope they would keep Thawne for the remaining episodes and maybe not have that fateful night until the finale. But it seems that is all we get of Matt. Now it's about Cobalt Blue. Great acting from all the cast.
